DK & Udupi needs a CID type special cell for intelligence gathering. our local police department doesn't have enough funding to have a active local spies network.

Please don't produce children if you can't raise them properly, else they will be a burden on society and create trouble like this which will only lead to more hatred and more violence in the society between communities and destroy livelihood of so many people. Having Children should be a matter of great responsibility and parents have the duty to provide them all the good values, food, shelter best of the education and make them responsible citizens of this nation.
