Uppala CPI (M) activist murder case - Three BJP activists booked

Kasargod, Aug 6: The police have cracked the CPM activist murder case in Uppala and have booked three BJP activists.

BJP activist Ashwath and two others have been booked for the murder of CPI (M) activist Abubakar Siddique.

The probe team led by Kasargod DySP M V Sukumaran and two circle inspectors, in its primary investigation found that the murder took place over sale of liquor.

Undeclared bandh has been observed in Manjeshwar and other nearby places. Bus service has been stopped and the police have beefed up security in the sensitive areas.



CPI (M) activist Abubakar Siddique (21), from Sonkal was brutally killed by four assailants on the late night of Sunday, August 6 at Sonkal in Uppala. As per details, at around 11pm four unidentified assailants came on bikes and attacked Abubakar. Abubakar was taken to a hospital in Mangaluru. But he could not be saved as he had sustained grave injuries.

    ..can any one expect this Kerala political voilence will echo in Delhi, or any candle march protest, Human rights cry..Hardly any one incl., Rahul gacnhdi(even his party leadres murdred), learned Shashi tharoor who hails from Kerala hardly spoke about this..they not worried about killings in kerala/WB only worried about Gunjrat/UP/MP/Rajastan..just count the murders (irrespective of party affiliation) since CPIM took govt..save Democracy campaign only for BJP ruled states..

    As the govt is of red(communist)it is natural that they want to harass their opponent (BJP) without ant proof they book innocent ppl. Somebody said saffron colour cloth on bike shows the culprits as if saffron colour cloth is not a avlbl in the market.
    Some anti social elements want to paint as communal rivalry where as report says dispute in sale of liquor.

    This TIT for TAT will never end until our politicians are thrown out from our country.... along with the politicians these brainless people of both community should be thrown out.. only then others can live peacefully here... god know whats in these youngsters brains.... next wait and watch a hindu will be killed.. and after that a muslim... i think these jobless people who join these RSS, CPI, or whatever religion group are not bothered about their family members... or may be the way we bring up our kids is totally wrong.... when any person in a family speak of religion too much the elders should take responsibility of educating them of peace .. god know where this will lead and how our future generation will be with such people in society
