Mangaluru: The 19-day 'In-Land Property Mela’, a property Expo, organized by the In-Land Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd, began at In-Land office premises on Wednesday, August 8.
The event was inaugurated by the founder of Daijiworld Media Group, Walter Nandalike. Chairman of Yenepoya Group, Abdullah Kunhi, senior advocate M P Shenoy, deputy general manager of Corporation Bank, A K Vinod graced the event as chief guests.
This is the first time a builder is organizing an event like this in Mangaluru. What is unique about this mela is that it is being held at the premises of the builder himself which will make it easy for customers to have a thorough discussion regarding their investments. Also, since the mela is spread over 19 days, customers can visit different In-Land projects.
In his keynote address Siraj Ahamed, chairman and managing director of In-Land Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd said, "It is the duty of every builder to create the awareness that real estate is the best form of investment for steady income, capital growth and financial security for the family.
