Bahrain: Tulu Friends Circle to Host 'Tulu Sambhrama' on Nov 7

Bahrain, Oct 14: The Tulu Friends Circle of Bahrain headed by Bharat Shetty will be organizing a Tulu Sambhrama consisting of dances, mimicry and a comedy play entitled “YETHLAA THELIPOLI” in association with Delmon International Hotel on Friday, November 7, 2008 from 7.00pm onwards at the hotel poolside.  A group of talented local artistes will be performing in this play.

The main aim of this programme is to unite all Tulu speaking people and help them showcase their hidden talents.




Tickets for this awesome Tulu Sambhrama were launched today at Bahrain Kannada Sangha.  On behalf of Mr. Bharat Shetty, Mr Kamalaksha Amin welcomed the guests and gave further details of this programme.

At the same time, the tickets for the Sambhrama were released in the presence of Austin Santhosh, President of Bahrain Kannada Sangha, Jinraj Shetty, President of Bunts Bahrain, Ronald D. F. D’Souza, President of Karavali Konkans Association and Bharat Shetty. The tickets are priced at BD.1.000 only.

On this occasion, Austin Santhosh said a few words and requested the guests to support and encourage this event and assured the organizers his support.

Vittal Shetty of Chef’s Corner provided snacks on this occasion.
