Mangaluru, Aug 16: For all those aspiring music producers, Daijiworld is soon coming up with a crash course on sound and music production.
The short term weekend course will benefit those who are aspiring to be music producers. The classes will be held over 3 months on Saturdays and Sundays at Daijiworld Audio Visual Studio.
The main topics that will be covered in the course are basics of music production and sequencing techniques, MIDI and programming on Digital audio Work Stations (DAWS) such as logic and abelton and recording and mixing mastering techniques (DAWS – Protools, Logic Pro).
Other topics that will be covered in the course are introduction to sound (Basic Physics), frequency spectrum, acoustic envelope, psychoacoustics, basic ear training, digital theory, music production (introduction and basic music theory), plug-ins and outboard gears, cables and patch bays.
Apart from theory, there will be hands-on training with studio equipments.
Also, there will be a project followed by a final exam at the end of the course. The classes will be conducted by experienced faculties, who have worked with international production houses.
The ultimate crash course is aimed for aspiring sound and music producers.
No specific educational qualification is required for the course.
