Mangalore, Oct 19: Academician Dr Palthadi Ramakrishna Achar took over as president of the Tulu Sahitya Academy on Saturday October 18.

On his arrival at the academy office in the Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) building, he was given a rousing welcome.
