Ramanagar, Sep 4: Minister of water resources, D K Shivakumar said that the party intends to keeps BJP away from power.
He said that Congress rules in coalition in the state. “Therefore, we will adjust in the posts of president and vice-presidents even though there were no adjustments in the elections,” he said.
“Let Yeddyurappa say as he likes. He had spoken as he liked in election campaigns. He had shown money and muscle power there. People in the state have given a fitting reply to him. Yeddyurappa speaks like this because he is desperate,” he said.
Responding about Europe trip of former chief minister Siddaramaiah, he said that he goes there on personal level. “A few MLAs and ministers have accompanied him to participate in Akka Sammelana there. Some of the people will visit Siddaramaiah there. Let us not give any other meaning to it,” he said.
