CM Kumaraswamy arrives at Mangaluru airport, proceeds to Udupi

Mangaluru, Sep 7: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy arrived at Mangaluru international airport on Friday and proceeded towards Udupi.

Ivan D Souza, MLC, BM Farooq MLC, Moiudden Bava, formar MLA, Bhaskar Moolya, mayor, Asha D'silva, corporator, Harish Kumar, MLC, Mohammad Kunhi, JDS district committee president, Akshith Suvarna, president of JDS youth wing welcomed CM at the airport.

Kumaraswamy evaded questions from the media and headed towards Udupi and is likely to hold a meeting with district officials at 10 am.

This is his first visit to Mangaluru and Udupi cities after he became chief minister of the state. He had earlier visited Dharmasthala and Subramanya after he became the chief minister.

Later the CM will hold a meeting of district officials in Mangaluru at 3 pm.

He will depart from Mangaluru airport at 9.55 pm.

Earlier he had held a meeting with Dakshina Kannada district officials through video conferencing.
