Mangaluru, Sep 10: Congress workers reportedly chased the car of Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath. The incident happened near Jyothi Circle in in city on Monday, September 10.

Vedavyas Kamath had stopped his car after he saw the Congress workers protesting and shouting slogans. After that heated arguments between the protesters and MLA took place at the spot.

MLA Kamath expressed dissatisfaction about forced bandh. The MLA also had arguments with Mangaluru city police commissioner.

After that it is said that the Congress workers reportedly chased MLA’s car.

Situation in city was largely peaceful during the nationwide bandh against fuel hike.
