Udupi: ‘Bagless Day’ celebrated at Nirmala English Medium School

Udupi, Sep 13: ‘Bagless Day’ for the month of August was celebrated on recently at Nirmala English Medium School, Brahmavar.

The programme began with morning assembly. The students were given opportunity to cultivate their talents and abilities in various capacities. The school organized story telling competition for children.

Veera D’souza welcomed the gathering. Vaman Palan, Divaker and Rekha were the judges of that day. From LKG to 10th std, as many as 65 students participated in the story telling competition. Every student was given four minutes to tell their story. They were eagerly waiting for their turn and every one utilized their given time very well and also presented their story in a good manner. Marks were allotted for expression, moral and fluency in telling stories.



Deena announced the winners’ names. Sr Celin rendered the vote of thanks.
