New Delhi, Sep 15: Minister D K Shivakumar has received conditional bail in a case of evasion of tax. He had applied for anticipatory bail as he had fear of arrest by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with four crore rupees found in his house in Delhi.
The hearing of the case was held on September 15. The verdict was reserved for 3 pm. The court issued the conditional bail to D K Shivakumar in the case.
Now Shivakumar has received relief for the time being. He was present in the court during the hearing.
Bails were issued to D K Shivakumar, Sunil Kumar, Anjaneya and Rajendra. “The suspects should provide Rs 25,000 cash and a bond of rupees one lac. They should not influence the witnesses,” said the judge in the verdict.
