Dubai, Nov 2: Vishwakarma Seva Samithi, U.A.E. celebrated Shri Vishwakarma Pooja its Annual Mega Event at the Karama Center Convention Hall on 31st October 2008 with over 600 devotees attending the ceremony with all the religious, festive and devotional fervour.  The Pooja was performed by the internationally acclaimed Jyotish Shastra and Vaastu Shastra exponent Shri Shri Ashok Purohit from Mumbai ably assisted by another young and prodigiously gifted Purohit Shri Roopesh Acharya. 

  











The Pooja was followed by Cultural Programme performed exclusively by the amateur artists of the Vishwakarmans and all the young & old, children, ladies and gentlemen – all performed to a full house of appreciative audience. 




Before the cultural activities the visiting Purohit Shri Ashok Acharya was felicitated by the President and Committee Members followed by a brief inspirational speech by the Honorable guest appreciating the efforts put in by all the members of the association and the participating crowd. 
 
The day-long programme started at 9.00 am and ended with a magic show for the kids at 7.00 pm.

    I enjoyed the ceremony. More over we did dance for Kannada song. In a muslim country of UAE they are really great to allow us to perform our pooja ceremony. Hatts of to the leaders to the lovely heart to understand the other religion also.

    Being far from our country in a alien place makes us in unity but why don't hindus in india are not in a unit think for the well being of the country. Dont go blindly hearing the speeches of politicians and religious leaders think well before you do something.

    In India every Hindu must see this you are watching the religious freedom for celebrating the religious rituals in Muslim country. You are seen and heard from your own Hindu people how secure they are in foreign land even though Hindus are in minority. In India, treat the minorities in a similar manner that will add a good image to our countries culture. This is a good lesson to learn.
