Our whole system is corrupted.suspension or remove from his work is not a correct answer. Most of the public servants are working under the pressure from politicians and businessmen. First of all we change the system.

It is unfortunate that the police force is run by the politicians. Politicians who are meant to be servants of the people are ruling them instead. In places such as Karnataka and UP, regular transfer of policeman is initiated by the politicians instead of the president or governor, to whom the police personnel are supposed to report. God save India!

I don't think Eshwar Naik has done any crime. When we are having an Inefficient and Corrupt minsiters, then all the Police Departments and Jails will be the same. Why an innocent person like Eshwar is targetted. He has allowed all this inside the Jail Premises after his Senior Bosses instructed him. This should be properly investigated.

Very pity state of affairs, management of this government. This man had been colluded with effluents. A biased Jailor at least should have been suspended and after conducting thorough inquires could have dismissed for abuse of duty. He is transferred means a very low grade action.

Why there is no punishment to this jail superintendent? If he is not capable to do his job then Govt has to take strict action against him.

Transfer do not clean the system!!!! chemical process is required to neutralize and flush out the contamination formed inside the body. Hope officials understand this.

Kiran Bedi in Tihar Jail as the Inspector General of Prison she worked relentlessly to give jailed convicts a new lease of life through meditation and spiritualism. She initiated a number of measures in prison management some of them are yoga, vipassana meditation, and redressing of complaints by prisoners. On the contrary our City jail superintendent had given access to mobiles to some inmates, fed (allowed) hemp in the prison, a dreampt terror living among knives, rods and bloodshed, all clear violation of the jail rules.

However, after the transfer sufficient time should be at his disposal for soul searching and with all promptness to read biography on Kiran Bedi if he intends to transform himself and to be a model police officer for everybody including to the probationary officer - new jailer and surely they will make it if they desire so. !

Money talks.. Power, politics regins supreme! How sad to see the police personnel are sucked in the corrupt system. Making money at all costs seems to be justified without any qualms of conscience. Police extract money from the weak but the strong have no rules and regulations. How sad to see Police dancing to the tunes of powerful ones.. Where is justice? Where is Ethics? Well is there any just one still living among Khaki and Khadi? Well these need to protected and encouraged! Can we think of any other alternatives to cure the systemic malady of police force? Or else it would be survival of the fittest only..?
