In spite of such accidents state govt wants to give fresh licences to Bars?
Apex court should not have allowed the bars which were on High way's to re open or should not have relaxed the conditions laid by it in first instance. All govt is bothered about income from liquor but not bothered about the safety of its citizens

Nothing to do with bars, since drunk driving is an offence punishable by law. There is a need to certify vehicles roadworthiness/safety by an authorised 3rd Party or by a Government run body. Yearly inspection/certification before renewing the registration/insurance by a competent body must be in force and strictly followed to avoid these kind of accidents.
