Once we had the greats like Mohd. Rafi & Kishor Kumar and today we have a many talented singers who can mimic the yesteryears singers very well. It shows how much impact Rafi Sahab and Kishorda left behind them that many singers want to mimic in their voice. Sonu Nigam was instant success when he sang Rafi Sahab's numbers in his voice although now he sings in his own voice. Same is the case with Kumar Sanu, Abhijit, etc. who could easily sing songs sung by the legend Kishore mimicing his voice and they are now quite famous and sought after in Bollywood.

I take this opportunity to wish the aspiring singer Tagore Das all the best in his singing career.
