Udupi, Oct 28: Katpadi lorry and tempo owners association have decided to offer special joint prayers to Koragajja deity so that sand issues in Udupi may be solved.

In a press communication on October 27, Raghavendra Shetty Katpadi stated that opinions were expressed to offer such poojas in the past.

“As managers of the temple have given opportunity to lorry owners, we request all the office bearers of the association excluding those who cannot come due to unavoidable circumstances, to be present and offer joint prayers. The prayers will be offered at 3.45 pm on Sunday, October 28.”

“All of us know that enmity is being shown through sand by revenge in some cases. When the system is set right in one place, they become victims of revenge in other place.”

“We pray to Koragajja to give decent mind to such evil power so that they may not indulge in any evil work. We request all to join in the prayers for the prosperity of all the people,” he stated.
