Mangaluru: Trainident of YIT bags ‘Most Promising Startup’ award

Mangaluru, Nov 4: Trainident, centre for professional skill development and training ,Yenepoya Institute of Technology (YIT)won the ‘Most Promising Startup’ award held by KBL Nitte MSME Business Conclave Awards 2018 under Micro category held at hotel Ocean Pearl.

Prof Austin Pais, CEO and founder, received the award. Prof Austin appreciated KBL Nitte for recognising startups and giving them a platform. Awards were given in different categories and sectors.

On a closing note, Prof Austin thanked the management, principal and staff members at YIT and also family and friends for their constant support and motivation. He dedicated the award to all students at YIT and most importantly the unprivileged students.

His message to the crowd was, “Uplifting the unprivileged is a big challenge which very few do and we are fortunate we will be able to do that.”
