Lawrence, Endler extend contracts with PSG women's team

Paris, Dec 17 (IANS): French Division 1 Feminine side Paris Saint-Germain announced on Monday that Ashley Lawrence and Christiane Endler have signed new contracts with the club.

Lawrence is now tied to PSG until June 2023. Since her arrival in January 2017, the full back has made 57 appearances, reports Xinhua news agency.

"I'm really happy to continue the adventure with Paris Saint-Germain. It's an honour for me to be part of such an ambitious project," Lawrence said after signing her new deal.

Endler also joined Paris Saint-Germain in January 2017, and has extended her contract until June 2021.

The goalkeeper has made 24 appearances for PSG, and also reached the Copa America final with Chile earlier this year.

"I'm delighted to extend my contract with Paris Saint-Germain," Endler said.

"PSG is an international club that continues to grow and expand its influence. I'm really happy to be part of this squad and I believe we're going to achieve great things together," she added.
