Mangaluru, Jan 3: Sri Kshetra Sabarimala Samrakshana Samithi staged a protest at Gandhi Park near the Town hall in the city on Thursday, January 3, against Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, over the entry of two women into the Sabarimala temple.

Addressing the gathering, Aiyyappa devotee Vishwanath said, "It is a black day for all Hindus as two women entered the holy temple Sabarimala with the help of Police. Supreme Court will review Sabarimala verdict on January 22. Kerala government, led by Pinarayi Vijayan, did not have the patience to wait till January 22 and had the audacity to send women inside the temple. These women are rented by chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. It may be noticed that the two women did not enter the temple with faith as they did not had any thilak on their forehead. Just for the sake of money, they have entered the temple and made it unholy."

Zilla panchayat vice-president Kasturi Panja said, "Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan thinks that this is an achievement done by his government and even two women who entered the temple claimed the same. Pinarayi Vijayan claimed it as a victory but in coming days there will be downfall of the Kerala government."

Hindu Jagarana Vedike district president Kishore said, "This wrong step taken by Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, will end of his government. On December 27, eleven women tried to enter the temple but they could not succeed. But now, these two women have entered to the temple and hurt the Hindu sentiments which were pre-planned. These two women are naxals, anti-hindu and athiests and Pinarayi Vijayan is the modern Hitler who wants to implement the Supreme Court orders in urgency."

VHP regional secretary Sharan Pumpwell said,"When two women entered the temple, Hindu community raised its voice and gave befitting answer. Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan claimed this as history. History happens only when there is downfall of Pinarayi Vijayan government in coming days."

Wouldn't like to comment on the issue of Sabarimala Temple tradition or Triple Talak issue.
Matter of concern is, after religious division, these issues will deepen and widen the gender division also in the society.

Woman also has the right to worship God. She is also a human being just like a man. But i don't understand why woman is not allowed to enter the holy places just because she gets menstrual periods ?? How sad!!
Does/Did god say that woman shouldn't enter or pray to him? ? No !! This is done by the human being .
Without a woman can a man give birth to human being ?? No !! Man needs her as a mother, a sister, a wife and a daughter.. !!
A woman tolerates hours of severe pain and difficulties to bring a life into the world. The supreme court has given justice to woman . Let man understand this ! Poor society :-(

    Mr.Mahesh
As per your reply, I dont have to be expert in hindu temples, its only my concern towards the other religions. I m speaking on behalf of woman and not of man .. I dont have intention to hurt others, but its a concern towards the wrong deeds by a man against the order of supreme court.
    Kindly keep this in mind.

We have little entertainment here. So, Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan claimed this as history and BJP, VHS says History happens only when there is downfall of Pinarayi Vijayan government in coming days. So, these goons are going to vote in Kerala, including someone called Pumpwell, without knowing the status of Pumpwell Flyover.

Hindu Jagarana Vedike is the sister organization of 'Sanatan Sanstha' which killed rationalist and women editor Gauri Lankesh.
This terror organization would have been history and there was no protest of this kind if Goa government of CM Parikar considered the intelligence input of the investigative officers.
Before the landmark Supreme Court verdict, only women above 50 years of age were allowed entry into the temple. Interestingly, a temple at Chengannur near Alapuzha in Kerala houses a goddess who has ‘regular periods’.
These Ayyapa fan club little about the history of 'Sabarimala'. Till the 1940s, women of all ages, if they could withstand the pilgrimage rigour, were allowed to enter the temple.
In 1950, a mysterious fire in the temple paved the way for the entry bar. Even then, women of all ages entered the temple, in small numbers. This continued even after 1965 when rules under the Kerala Hindu Places of Public Worship (Authorisation of Entry) were framed, prohibiting women of all ages from entering the temple.
If “menstruating women” would corrupt the purity of Ayyappan, a naishitika brahmachari, the same logic can be used to keep men out of the Kanyakumari temple as the devi is a virgin.

There are erotic sculptures at the Sun Temple, Konark and the temples at Khajuraho? What purpose did they serve? Then Hindu Jagaran Vedike should also ban the entry to erotic temples for teens below 18 years.
For the political interest of the BJP Lord Ayyap is now became 'Ayodhya' of South India. For the BJP, Sabarimala Is Not a Place of Worship But a Battleground.
