I see here the dreams of some peoples hard earned money has flownout in air in sky .Very bad .Problem is nowadays people want to invest their money in a permanent or steady investment before something changes ,in life.so when a builder announces to build a house or flat soon people will hurry up to get a bestones without thinking he may be big cheater or runaway with their money, thinking all are honest like me.All are not honest with their work.some never finish some half done.Everywhere there are such looters. They take money and enjoy themselves ,invest in their family members name.some runaway to Gulf or philippinien. Here too there were such brothers who took money and enjoyed partys with girls and champagne. But hey were caught .money was not there.People who took loans from banks have to see how they can live further.Better when one person is there to control the dealings from flats in India better.otherwise same fate hits all.Hope some poor ones get their money back ,or all.

For Real estate to sustain and add value , end user demand is vital. If real estate does not translate to rental income or occupancy of the said unit by owner , then there is no capital gains ! This ultimately has to lead to a crash in prices which what we saw 10 years ago.. around the world

This is just the tip of iceberg. Clock is also ticking for other developers in Mangalore who have started construction but not able to complete even after few years from promised completion dates.
Let us be more careful when we buy our properties with these dubious and unprofessional people.

It says "There is nothing real about Real Estate". It is a shark business where the builders swallow our hard earned money and then show the world their high life style, which is also fake.

vishwanath you are 100% right ,this is the one result of foolish king 's foolish and jumla ideas.so many builders have either absconding and some have taken sucide.no buyers specially the effect of demonitisation. demonitisation made lacs of people lost business and crores of people lost jobs.that is the main reason today there are no buyers for flats .so be crefull when ever you are into real estate investment see that buy the flats pay for them with possession. dont take booking risk.

Their projects have been on and off for last 10 years. Major focus was not completion of projects.. they had lot of internal things happening and the company is not ISO certified as it was projected.
They have duped investors and contractors also, just not customers.

Rumors are around that many builders/realty developers in DK, with shady backgrounds, are in dire straits with realty business stagnating due to overhyped rates!!

Many people who invested their savings at peak rates are in trouble as they are not able to liquidate their holdings with no buyers even at discounted rates, also rentals have fallen down drastically!!

IT IS BETTER TO REMAIN IN CASH THAN TO INVEST IN REALTY AND GET TRAPPED!!!

Just check out and see in how many such fake cos LIC has invested heavily and suffered losses of public money; could it be by accident, never? All regulators including auditors are involved in these manipulations!

Narcissistic people don't care for others, they just do whatever good for them. They don't have any concern for the feelings of others. These men definetly belong to such category. If we look deeply within us,many of us might be having this tendency. My neighbour used to cultivate same vegetables at two different sites, one site products for self and another site products which are loaded with harmful chemicals for selling. When we care for others we care for ourselves. Why blame game when many do the same.

They are born cheats . These brothers are famous for duping people. And I know them well since 15 years and how i was troubled.and harrased by them selling me an apartment which was morgsged with Kotak Mahindra bank. You perhaps don't know how they bully innocent people . It's not a big deal for them. They have lawyers who will bring them out in no times. It's all money powe in India. Very few times the poor troubled people get justice.

2 to 3 years back his managers were conducting meetings for real estate agents in reputed hotels with food and liquor served saying we will give you double the commission if you get us clients for the new project coming up in Blueberry hills. God knows how many people were made scape goats then. Skyline within a few months closed down their office in Manasa towers over night and all number were switched off from there on. Only one of their project is completed in which no one stays. The second project is half done since the last 4 years and has now started to look like a haunted building where all illegal activities happen after dark. Even the landowner who gave them the land on joint venture is regretting as he's also a part of the cases now. The third project which was supposed to be again launched there itself was promised to be given at the cheapest of prices, it never even took off but they ended up taking in plenty of bookings there as well. People like these should never be spared. All the hard earned money if middle class people who invest for their homes is swindled up for luxury living and cars by such crooks..

Looks like these chellas are blessed by fekus to dupe the poor. Or they purchased land at the cost of people and enjoying luxury life with investment . Somewhere political hand is helping them and they may be helping the politicians with money. It is so sad to see many people are waiting for the shelter in buildings promised but all fake.

The market is in such a bad situation that they keep high rates for flats and buyers are not there. They build half constructions and stop the work . And buyers are in fix. These Builders will run, absconding otherwise suicides. No other way for them. Buyers must be careful.

So sad. So much money duped but on face looks so honest. Investments in those land must have appreciated in many fold at the cost of those people waiting for the place to live in apartments. Sell those acres of land distribute with a profit proportionaltly to people whom these prabhus cheated. Such ways of doing business at the cost of another person money and benefiting handsomely is too smart prabhu man. Only swallow profit and not sharing with others is a karma.
