At the same time, the high court denied bail to first accused, Suresh Mendon, who had also applied for bail. The single judge bench presided over by Justice K S Mudgal passed this order.

In recent days Karnataka High Court justice system becomes questionable.

It granted bail to Swami Nithyananda in rape and murder.
It granted bail to pontiff (Guru) of Shri Ramachandrapura Mutt of his disciples in twin murder.
It granted clean chit all accused of Church attackers.
It granted clean chit Ram Sena and RSS activist for hoisting Pakistani flag on Indian soil.
It granted clean chit to Pramod Mutalik in Hubli Court Yard bomb blast.
It granted bail to rationalist murdered accused and no
It granted bail to lynching accused in Hasanabba murder.

    1. If every criminal gets bail so easily, why do we need a justice system in India?
    2. In all cases, single bench judge is delivering justice to the communal related cases in which religious heads are involved?
    3. Why such cases are not heard by 3, 5 or 7 bench?

In this case, I presume judge must be leaning towards Sangh Parivar or corrupted by the political parties.

The last line of yours can get you in trouble if contested. Its not correct to hurl one sided slogans at honorable judges.

You work in a country where I know safety is good , but remember there is murder, rape and other crimes that take place daily inspite of the police being very strict and curtailed freedom of expression and movements.Further censorship restricts publishing many crimes committed by locals. Don't underestimate your country be proud of what has been achieved so far. Today India stands as one of the top10 nations of the world inspite of ever increasing population and probably only country in the world where all communities live in harmony. There will be difference but they are negligble. Unfortunately due to excess freedom of expression our TV and print media highlights only negatives, good news are never reported in our media. Switch of your TV and stop reading Indian news for a week, you will understand that India is the best country in the world. For your information I have lived in Gulf for more than 30 years in a senior position with family status, and now back in India.I have no regrets for coming back to India.
