Abu Dhabi: NCM issues offshore wind and waves warning


Abu Dhabi, Jan 5 (Emirates247): The National Centre of Meteorology, NCM, has warned sea-goers in the offshore Oman Sea and Arabian Gulf about the fresh Northwesterly wind with speed of 40 km/h.

In a statement on Friday, the NCM said, that this will be affecting Oman Sea raising the wave height between 4 to 6 feet and continue to affect the Arabian Gulf with wave height from 6 to 8 feet until 12 pm Saturday afternoon.
