Mangaluru: Republic Day celebrated at St Theresa School Bendur

Mangaluru, Jan 28: The 70th Republic Day of India was celebrated at St Theresa School, Bendur.

Inspector of GST Lionel Fernandes, chief guest hoisted the flag. “Formation of corruption free India is the aim of all of us,” he said. School children presented cultural programmes reflecting patriotism.

School teacher Dorin compered the programme.

Student Zia Rohara welcomed the gathering. Shrisha proposed the vote of thanks. School principal Sr Philomena Saldanha, vice principal Sr Shanti Sequeira, school parent teacher association vice president Ninet Tellis, teaching and non teaching staff and students were present.
