Bantwal: Blood donation camp held on account of 15th anniversary of B M R Enterprises Mani

Bantwal, Mar 4: On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of B M R Enterprises, Mani near here a blood donation camp was held under the joint auspices of Blood Helpline Karnataka ® and with the joint participation of A J Hospital blood bank, Mangaluru on Sunday, March 3 at the premises of B M R petrol pump at Mani.

The programme was presided by haji B Ummer Farooq Kodaje (Sultan Group). The programme was inaugurated by the blessings of Aboobacker Siddique Ahmed Al Jalali, Mudarris of Kallega Juma Masjid. Inaugurating the camp, Aboobacker said, “All of us have to live cordially regardless of religion and with love. We have to be compassionate towards others.”



61 people donated their blood in the camp. The officers and personnel of A J Hospital blood bank helped in collecting the blood from the donors.

P Gangadhar Rai, president of Lions Club Mani, Jagannath Chowta, distributor, Indian Gas, Sudeep Kumar Shetty of Sri Devi Earth Movers Kodaje were the guests of honour. Faizal Manchi, convener, Blood Helpline Karnataka ® and officer bearers of Blood helpline Karnataka and administrative section and personnel of B M R enterprises were present on the occasion.

All the donors were gifted with t-shirts bearing the logo of B M R enterprises
Basit Budoli welcomed the gathering. Ibrahim Mani rendered the vote of thanks. The programme was coordinated by Ashraf Arabi Kalladka.
