Mangaluru, Mar 4: The celebration of annual feast of St Theresa Church near Kulshekar in the city was held on Sunday, March 3 at the open grounds in front of the church.

The stage programme started at 5.50 pm. Fr Joseph Mascarenhas, parish priest of St Anna church Kelarai said that due to programmes of this nature, unity amongh the parishioners increases. In addition, when more than 400 family members belonging to the parish gather together under one roof and enjoy the variety entertainment and have meal increses the unity of devotees.

Fr Vincent Victor Menezes, parish priest of the church gave his message on the occasion. Fr Paul Crasta, resident priest of the church, Roshan Lasrado, vice-president of pastoral council and Veena Lobo, secretary were present.

The members of the church ward presented dance, short play and 'Tamaso', a comedy drama. The programme was compered by Vidya Monteiro and Riona Fernandes. Chief donors Richard Pinto and Gracia Pinto were felicitated on the occasion.

The programme got over with community dinner.
