Tumakuru: Car and auto rickshaw collide - two people dead, three critically injured

Tumakuru, Mar 7: In a tragic accident, a car and an auto rickshaw collided near Heroor, Kunigal on NH75 on Wednesday, March 6.

The auto rickshaw got thrown to an eight foot deep pit beside the road due to the impact. Two women travelling in the auto died on the spot. Five people are injured. They are admitted to Kunigal government hospital. The condition of three of them is said to be critical.

A case is registered in Kunigal police station. The identities of the deceased are not known yet.
