Udupi, Mar 27: Vidyadeesha Theertha Swamy of Paryaya Palimaru Math has decided to accept a disciple. He has named Yoga Deepika gurukula student of Palimaru base Math Shailesh Upadhyaya as his successor.
Palimaru swamiji was born in Shibaroor in 1956. He is accepting the disciple in his second Paryaya term. Vidyadheesha who had become sanyasi as successor to Vidyamanya Theertha in 1974 has made name through several pro people programmes.
Kodavoor Kambalakatta based student Shailesh Upadhyaya is fourth year student in Palimaru Yoga Deepika gurukula and will continue his studies with Palimaru Shree after becoming a sanyasi.
