Bengaluru: 'Easter Cantata' to be staged at Mount Carmel College auditorium on Mar 31

Bengaluru, Mar 29: Federation of Konkani Catholic Associations® (FKCA), Universal Harmony, Karnataka Youth Association & KSCUPF will on Sunday March 31 organise 'Easter Cantata - The Passion of the Christ'.

The programme will be held at 5.30 pm at Mount Carmel College auditorium, Palace Road, Vasanth Nagar, here.

'The Passion of the Christ' will be performed by members of Karnataka Youth Association which is an Indian and international troupe. Fr Dr Peter Machado will be the chief guest among other dignitaries who will be attending the programme.



Easter Cantata is a special performance that portrays the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Based on scripture, Gracias Choir takes the audience back in time 2000 year ago to Jerusalem. All of the set pieces, props, music, lighting, acting and dialogue are accurately recreated and re-enacted by the Gracias Choir.

It is a one time opportunity for all to witness 'The Passion of the Christ'.
