Bengaluru: High court paves way for release of movie 'PM Narendra Modi'

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Apr 4: On Wednesday April 2, the state high court dismissed a public interest litigation filed against the release of the movie, 'PM Narendra Modi', which is said to be based on life journey of the Prime Minister. The movie is set to be released on April 12.

L Ramesh Nayak, an advocate from Tumakuru, had filed the said public interest litigation, seeking to stay the release of the film. The petition came up for consideration before a bench presided over by acting chief justice, L Narayanaswamy, and Justice P S Dinesh Kumar.

The bench, after hearing preliminary arguments put forth by the petitioners, felt that only the Election Commission can take steps in the matter. It decided the petition after commenting that the high court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Honestly, it's not a big deal. The only ones who will watch the movie are the ones who will vote for the BJP anyway, come what may.

PM Narendra Modi would not be suitable title, may be only Narendra Modi was better. Bcoz its life of him and how he grew from a normal chaiwalla to the highest position of PM. I would see his life a role model for every indian. Inspite of all challenges he deserve to be our leader for 2 more terms. So that all pending work could be completed. I appreciated his working style and attitude. We have hope in his action and so many schemes has benefited the public like Ayushman Bharat, Mudra, Make-In-India, Digital India, GST, Sukanya samriddhi and many more. We want all these schemes to continue..

The actor Vivek can sink any movie like the Titanic. May be he wants to sink BJP in the next elections. Cheap publicity. The movie will have all the information about traveling round the world in 5 years

If we analyse the history of Indian voters, they have always voted in an unpredictable manner!
Indira Gandhi was voters favorite, but voted out after declaration of emergency and forcible birth control methods!
All intelligent elite including present Janata Dal, BJP and Socialists came under one platform, won the election handsomely, many predicted the team is going to stay for long.
Morarji Desai became P.M., due to contradictions within couldn't Govt couldn't survive, had to resign and pave way for Charan Singh and then Chandra Shekar and later on collapsed.
Later on due to death of Indira Gandhi, came Rajiv Gandhi, he was very strong. But Bofors emerged, came great anti corruption crusader V.P. Singh, but later on his Govt too collapsed, I. K. Gujarat came, collapsed, came Deve Gowda with the support of INC formed Govt and so on.
So uncertainty and unpredictability always prevailed and its going to stay!
