Mangaluru, Apr 4: Akash Bhavan Sharan, a rowdy sheeter who allegedly is an accomplice of fugitive underworld element, Vicky Shetty, stands arrested by the city police.
Vicky faces over 18 cases in different police stations inside the city. In many of these cases, he has been accused of indulging in murder, robbery, and rape.
The police had opened a rowdy sheet in the name of Akash Bhavan Sharan in the past. Sharan, who has been named as accused in several criminal cases, had succeeded in remaining evasive.
In an operation, the city police succeeded in arresting him.
