Abu Dhabi: Melodious Music and Rib-tickling Comedy in Store for Audience at 'Mangalorean Day'

Abu Dhabi, Apr 23: Konkani Cultural Association (KCO), Abu Dhabi is gearing up once again to present its annual 'Mangalorean Day' event to be held at the ISCC, Abu Dhabi on May 15, 2009.
This day-long event promises to be a treasure trove of entertainment, music and comedy, as young but leading names in the Konkani entertainment world will converge from Mangalore and Kuwait to make it a memorable event.

Wilson Olivera and Anita Samson will be flown in from Mangalore while Adrian Gomes and Rony D'Cunha will come all the way from Kuwait to entertain the crowd with their foot-tapping all-time Konkani hits.
To add spice to the show, comedy trio from Mangalore Melwyn Almeida, Jerome Moras and Valerian Sequeira, known as Me-Mo-Ri (Mellu - Moras - Richa), will perform some skits to entertain the crowd.
Music Maestro Adrian Gomes will direct the music for the show, as he has plenty of experience in providing quality music to not only Konkani shows but also the top names in Bollywood and other regional artistes.

Leslie Rego, internationally acclaimed compere, who is proficient in both Konkani and English, will host the show in both these languages.
KCO president Leo Rodrigues is as usual, confident of presenting another successful show that brings together Mangaloreans and people from other communities and regions from Abu Dhabi and neibouring Emirates. "Giving the audience the best possible entertainment worth thier money is our aim.
