UAE: Harold Lobo Elected President of Emirates Paradela

Abu Dhabi, Apr 27: Emirates Paradela, UAE’s top vibrant organization, consisting  of talented group of youngsters elected Harold Lobo as their new President  during the General Body Meeting held here in Abu Dhabi on Friday April 24.
 
During the same occasion talented duo Bennette D’Mello and Gerald D’Mello  were elected as General Secretary and Treasurer respectively.

The outgoing President Frankline D’Cunha, thanked all the members for their excellent support and appealed to render the same support to the new Office bearers to carry out their tasks in providing humanitarian assistance to the poor and needy.
 
Emirates Paradela known for their excellent teamwork and for their brilliant organizational skills and capabilities in providing quality entertainment since their inception in Mangalore several years ago. They established their presence in the UAE some years ago and were recognized instantly.

Over the years Emirates Paradela, have established a Trust  named ”Emirates Paradela Foundation” , through which it has developed a growth fund  by means of  entertainment, open days, family gatherings, committed sponsors and internal contributions from the members.   The financial support to the needy has been growing over the years exceeding the return on investments.
 
Emirates Paradela Foundation has been working with the following core objectives:
 
1. To provide Educational Scholarships for needy students
2. To provide Medical aid via financial support to persons who are incapacitated
3. To support Social causes and cultural attachments.
 
In 2008 alone,  Emirates Paradela distributed Rs. 5 Lakhs to cancer Patients and Rs.9,27,800/- towards educational scholarships, medical and social causes.
