Mr.Thomas Pascal, Kindly note Naushad Kaasimji was only a Lawyer..Not a Judge..Do you think he was smart enough to bail rashid malabari out ? Are our public prosecutors/judges not smart enough..1 or 2 hearings.Rashid Malabari would have been convicted..no tears would have shed if rashid malabari was hanged in Hampankatta circle..

Then what was the hurry to kill Naushad Kaasinji..& the hurry to justify the killing.. It is said that he had invited the trouble of politicians & police dept by taking up some of the cases which was not to their likings... Rashid Malabari case just came an excuse...to eliminate Kaasimji..What a tragedy.. His family is asking for the justice....

I pray & hope only God can give justice to the deceased family ..by punishing the culprits &all those involved directly or indirectly...by the same human loss in their family...

If only the POLICE and their MASTERS had to work honestly without any CORRUPTION and dealt with all types of crimes and illegal ways practiced punished, today we would not see these terrible days of insecurity felt  by innocent public. I hope and pray our decent educated people wake up and get together and do something to put an end to this jungle raj. Before it is too late.

Mangalore has now been in the map of terrorism and communal disharmony for quite sometime now. One of the main reasons for this is growth of the city economically, which is becoming haven for the terrorists and their illegal activities like in Bombay, Bangalore, etc. In the days to come we can see in manifold  such cases. Also the credit goes to our so-called "protectors" of Indian culture and communal forces, who are no better than the terrorists. I had a strong feeling that when Naushad Kashimji was killed for taking the case of Rashid Malbaari, the war would not stop there. It is a gang war, trying to eliminate the opponents, their supporters and sympathisers. While I am concerned about the safety of those lawyers, I have a disgusting feeling for these lawyers who don''t hesitate to help the hardcore terrorists and make them free and innocent.

May be another STUNT by the police! Fixing and Implicating some known Goondas and history sheetersfor sensational cases and in communal cases implicating inniocent people is a open secret of Police Deparment. Protecting and Shielding the "influential" culprits and making "Adjustment Arrests" is a common practice. If at all its a true story, it indicates that, If Police wants to save somebody it can, and if it don''t want....see the fate of Naushad Kasimji! What a GreatJob!!

The preventive action taken by the Mumbai police is laudable. Mangalore police should take a lesson from their counterparts in Mumbai.
