Constitution is a one single document that is precious and that each and every citizen has to learn and digest . The Constitution of India is almost identical to the Constitution of the United States of America. Both the countries were liberated from the British, and the leaders of both the countries have struggled a great deal in order to finalize the spirit and value of the Constitution in order to make it work within the framework of the ideas and ideals on which a Nation was formed in order to function on their own from the Colonial powers.

The protections covered by the value of the Constitution are indeed enormous, and in times of any disputes or litigations, the legal authorities on the State level or Federal level are there to protect the Constitutional rights, and the judicial authorities ultimately become involved in interpreting the Constitutional Laws and conditions.

The Supreme Court is the ultimate authority to interpret the Constitution, and no one on this earth can overrule the established Law.

We are glad that Jeppoo Seminery is actively involved in focusing their attention on the Indian Constitution, and this is a marvelous idea to educate each one of us little bit more than before on all the Rules and Laws that prevail according to our Constitution that was written and ratified while India received the Independence from the British.
