Nita Ambani's Rs 2.6 crore bag goes viral on social media

New Delhi, Jun 27 (IANS): Pictures of Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Ambani's over 200-diamond encrusted Hermès Himalaya Birkin bag, worth over Rs 2.6 crore, has gone viral on the social media.

In the images posted on the social media, Nita Ambani is seen wearing a white ensemble and carrying the Hermès Himalaya Birkin Bag. Bollywood divas Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan are also seen in the photograph.

According to christies.com, Hermès Himalaya Birkin Bag is considered the 'Holy Grail in a Handbag' collection. It has more than 240 diamonds on its 18-karat-gold hardware.

Back in 2017, the white Himalaya crocodile diamond style bag fetched $379,261 at auction with Christie's. With the deal, it became the most expensive bag ever sold, it was claimed.

The auction house had described the bag as "an exceptional, matte white Himalaya Niloticus crocodile diamond Birkin".

According to christies.com, the Himalaya Birkin is crafted from Nile crocodile hide. The mention of Himalaya does not apply to the origin of the bag, but to the gradation of the colour.

Named after the actor and singer Jane Birkin, Birkin bags are famous for their price tags and celebrity owners.

Reading your questions makes me question your sanity. You have yet to reach maturity.

It is people like you who judge others by their Names. People should be judged by their deeds and not by their names.

And you need to stop asking senseless questions. You are making a fool out of yourself. I know kids in school who speak better.

Ambani's think big, live big and invest big.. !!
Prior to Reliance Jio launch, Airtel and Vodafone was looting the common man. Jio's investment was long term and huge like the government projects. In a way Reliance represents India on a world stage in terms of business. Their Investment is India centric. we must not envy their lifestyle.

The Birkin bag is a personal accessory of luggage or a tote by Hermès that is handmade in leather and named after actress and singer Jane Birkin. The bag is currently in fashion as a symbol of wealth due to its high price and use by celebrities.
The bag also comes in a variety of hides such as calf leather, lizard, and ostrich. Among the most expensive used to be saltwater crocodile skin and bags with smaller scales cost more than those with larger scales. Each bag is lined with goat-skin, the colour of the interior matching the exterior. Prices for the Birkin bag depend on type of skin, the colour, and hardware fixtures.
Neeshal Modi, who has also been charged by the CBI in the case, is linked to the Ambanis through his marriage to Mukesh Ambani’s niece, Isheta Salgaocar. As pointed out above, Mukesh Ambani’s sister (now Dipti Salgaocar) married into the family that runs the V.M. Salgaocar mining conglomerate. Dipti’s daughter, Isheta. got engaged to Neeshal Modi in 2016. As The Economic Times reported at the time, a pre-wedding celebration bash was hosted by Mukesh Ambani at his Antilla residence in Mumbai.

Nirav Modi’s Ambani connection goes beyond the personal and extends to the professional – on Monday, the CBI reported that it had also questioned Vipul Ambani, the chief financial officer of one of Nirav Modi’s companies. Vipul Ambani is reportedly the nephew of Dhirubhai Ambani (the son of Natubhai Ambani) and a first-cousin of Mukesh and Anil Ambani.

According to Bloomberg’s corporate database, Vipul started his career at Reliance Industries, in their project and industrial engineering group. After a long stint at brokerage firm Tower Capita, he reportedly shifted to Nirav Modi’s Firestar International.

Nirav Modi, his brother Neeshal and his uncle (Mehul Choksi) and a number of diamond import firms they are associated with allegedly orchestrated a massive Rs 11,000 crore financial fraud.

Bag from endangered animals skin from fraud money Rs 2.6 Crores.

Nita Ambani is coming from a middle class family, who were living in Santacruz. At a college dance performance, Kokilaben saw her and told Dhirubhai that she had already selected her daughter-in-law.
Next day, Dhirubhai called Nita's home and said, “I am Dhirubhai Ambani.” Nita, thinking that it was a prank from college boys, put the phone down. He called again and she said, “Yeah so, I am Elizabeth Taylor,” and disconnected the line. The third time her father answered and told her, “It’s really him! You better talk to him properly.” That’s how it started. Her father and she were called to Ambani office. Now, she is the wife of India's richest man. She is doing lot of social and charitable work.

Nita Ambani is considered family bahu. In contrast to this, Tina Munim was never accepted by both Dhirubhai and his wife. When Anil Ambani rejected father's wish, Dhirubhai even went to Enforcement Directorate and requested them to impose some charges of foreign exchange violation on her and to arrest her. Since, ED had no Locus Standi, which could be proved in court, they did not agree for his idea. It shows how in India, rich people for their pride, take advantage of corrupt govt machinery to arrest innocent poor people.

Why only his father ? Every BJP supporter today has a history of Congress supporting father. Those days it was patriotism, love for the nation. Today its just cow.. cow.. cow...

Modi terrorized Indian Hindus that 'Christianity and Islam is taking over, we the Hindus will be minority. I will come, safeguard cows and build Ram Mandir. I'll bring black money and distribute with those who deserve it and will send Gandhi family members to jail'.

Instead he came, declared DeMo overnight because he realized 'All money in Swiss Banks is not BLACK' but actual black money is withing India. All he proved is costs incurred to reprint the notes while no black money recovered. Gandhi family members are still roaming free. Christian and Muslim population is either stagnant or rising in same percentage that was before ten years while Hindu leaders are pleading women to have eight sons.

Points are many but no use playing the same music again and again.
