Indonesian Military Plane Crashes, Scores feared Dead


Jakarta, May 20 (DPA) : A Indonesian military plane with more than 100 people on board crashed Wednesday in East Java province, television channels reported.

The SCTV television channel said bodies had been recovered, including that of a person who was on the ground when the Hercules C-130 crashed into a residential area. The plane was on a regular flight from the capital Jakarta and the East Java district of Madiun.
