Mangaluru, Jun 29: Udupi-Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandhlaje on Saturday, June 29 alleged that district in-charge minster U T Khader is the reason for illegal activities in the district.

Shobha Karandhlaje was in the city for BJP meeting for membership drive here on Saturday, June 29,. Addressing media, she said, “District in-charge minister U T Khader is behind all the illegal activities taking place in the district. Without the support of the district in-charge minister, how is it possible for an illegal slaughter house to function? Cattle transporters who celebrate by bursting crackers are supported. Khader must stop supporting illegal activities, or else there will be no respect for the district in-charge minister and his position. Khader is directly responsible for failure of law and order in the district.

“The situation of law and order is completely failed in the state as we witnessed a heinous crime at Deralakatte where a girl was stabbed by a boy in the middle of the road and later tried to end his own life by slicing his throat. When you notice this, it is clear that an atmosphere has been created of no fear of police. The state government should maintain law and order in the state. Strengthen the police department. The police personnel should not be transferred based upon their caste,” she said.

Speaking on chief minister’s village stay, she said, “Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy's stay in village is only a drama. We have a chief minister threatens to lathi charge when people approach to him for solutions for their problem.”

“Regarding IMA scam, SIT will not come out with the truth, as state government's people are involved in the case. So it is better to hand over the case to CBI or ED,” demanded Shobha Karandhlaje.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Puttur MLA Sanjeev Matandoor, MLC Kota Srinivas Poojary and others were present.

    Dear Shobakka,
Please take these evidence to the court and take it to logical conclusion.
Evidence only for sloganeering will not help.
As an MP, please do not play with feelings of Hindus by using it for political ends and no solution to the people who lost their livestock. It will only exasperate the situation to a level where people will start taking law into their own hands. At that time, your slogans will not stop them.

Looks like she got nothing else to talk about on development or other basic issues which common man is facing or solving problem of people who elected her. God help people of Udupi and Chikmangalore.

I have heard that Mr. U. T. Khader always responding the phone calls. Some time back, a person was in need of injections for cobra bite, which were out of stock at wenlock hospital. When the concerned family members contacted him, he arranged for the same from distant place and that too quickly. There are so many other incidents, where he approached people which I cannot mention here. Please stop blaming a person unnecessarily. Who is perfect in political field? He is better. If he is not performing well, let's extend our cooperation to him and support him. He will do best for the people. If we keep on blaming a person and try to put him down, how our district will develop? Don't assassinate his moral values..

Shobha Madams loyalty is only to her masters and not to her constituency. her style of politics is very crude like UP & Bihar.

U T Khader is a good friend for us not only for his constituency. He helps all. He will not ask which constituency you belong while helping the needy. We are proud to say that U.T. Khader belong to Dakshina Kannada. Though he is a muslim he helps and respects all religion people. Once I went to meet him to circuit house other M P had only 6-10 visiters. U.T. Khader had more than 1000 visiters. He gave importance to all. He spoke to all.

    We all love U.T.Khader.

This lady as no other work she is from the Udup Chikkamagluru constituency, take care of that constituency . The incident in Deralakatte how can you blame district in charge for that. It is between a man and woman both are adults.
We all know when Karnataka was ruled by BJP what we experienced in Mangalore and DK. We had the Church attacks, pub attack, home stay attack and etc, This lady should talk about the flyover at Pumpwell only when it is finished talk sense. I won't be surprised we will have enough water in the coming months or in Jan 2020 we will have to face scarcity of water. Last year though we had good rains we had shortage of water in the months of april, may and june of this year. This lady should think sense not wag her tongue.
