What a delightful opportunity to witness more than 300 students of St. Agnes Special Education anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Bishop of Mangalore to inaugurate the six foot long statue of our Lady of Lourdes for the newly proposed Grotto at the St. Agnes Special Educational premises at Bendore, Mangalore. While the Grotto will be installed in the near future, our Lady of Lourdes will remain as a popular occupant at the St. Agnes Special Education
Center and will inspire the students in their daily struggles for life.

St. Agnes Nuns need be highly complemented for their love and dedication towards more than 300 Special Education students hailing from different religions, different genders and different ages. The Special Education students gave a Guard of Honor to all the guests that took part in the ceremony, and it was an emotional moment to watch the enthusiastic students with the help of the nuns as well as the rest of the faculty members taking part in the celebrations honoring our Lady of Lourdes who will remain permanently at the Special Education campus and be a sense of honor for all the students and the faulty members. May our Lady of Lourdes bless them all.
