The department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi (DCD) and Family Development Foundation (FDF) will be constructing a survey to develop social programmes which will aim at giving a better life to the residents.

Dr Mona Al Bahar, an adviser at the DCD, claimed the survey will help in identifying the psychological, social and economic factors that trigger decision-making among individuals and families.

According to Dr Mugheer Al Khaili, chairman of the DCD, the department is working to support the role of the social sector in the capital.
