Dubai, Oct 24: Dubai police have issued an advisory for motorists to drive carefully and follow the instructions on smart signs as fog blanketed parts of the UAE on
Thursday morning.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) alerted a heavy mist and fog formation around Sharjah Airport area, Sweihan and Madinat Zayed in Abu Dhabi and Al Minhad area
in Dubai, as reported by Khaleej Times.
The police have also sent a message via social media to help drivers travel through fog. It is also very important to monitor weather forecasts and be prepared to drive in bad weather conditions, said the police.
Across coastal and interior regions the maximum humidity would be 70 to 90 per cent while in mountains it drops between 50 to 70 per cent.
