Puttur, Sep 8: Small children, several of them tiny tots, with colourful flowers in their tiny hands, eagerly looking forward to offering them to Mother Mary, dressed in colourful attire, gathered here to be a part of the procession held on the happy occasion of Monti Fest, today morning.

The town wore a festive look on the occasion. After the procession reached the church premises and the corn was blessed, the holy mass was held. Parish priest Fr Gerald D’Souza led the mass.
