Dubai, Dec 15: Given the wavering weather conditions, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) issued a circular for the safety of UAE residents. MOHRE reminded the UAE employers to avail their employees flexible working hours during the current unstable weather conditions.
On their official Twitter handle, MOHRE wrote to remind the employers of the 2018 circular which highlighted certain basic points for employee safety.
It included providing the employee with safety requirements amid the unstable weather conditions. Further, it urged the employers to excuse an employee's late arrival to work during the unpredictable weather. The circular also stressed on creating awareness of road safety instructions among the employees and ensuring them flexible working hours.
