Mangalore, Sep 22: Fr Antony Serrao, parish priest, was the main celebrant.
The offering of flowers started at 8:00 am at the parish hall ground accompanied by the church choir and Harry's traditional brass band.
A gathering of around 4000 people sang and worshiped the Almighty for the gift of Mother Mary.
