Udupi: 108th Melwyn Peris Nite enthralls audience

Udupi, Jan 6: Melwyn Peris Nite was held on Sunday, January 5 at St Cecily’s School grounds. The Nite, which was the 108th one, was organized by Catholic Sabha Udupi deanery.

Renowned Konkani singers Melwyn Peris, Rony Crasta, Shilpa Cutinho, Steevan and Zeena Pereira entertained the audience with their soulful singing.

Zee Kannada Sa Re Ga Ma Pa fame Nihal Tauro with his amazing voice spellbound the audience.

Comedy skits of Jerry Rasquinha, Ozy Periera, Melwyn Peris and Rony Crasta entertained the gathering.

Yodelling King Melwyn Peris with his mesmerizing voice enthralled the audience.

Jerry Rasquinha compered the show.

Ace musicians of Konkani Elson Gomes (Trumpet) Sanjay Rodrigues (Key board) Melwin Fernandes (Drums) Jerome Coelho (Bass Guitar) Rajesh (Percussion) accompanied under the direction of Roshan D'Souza.
