Akshay introduces Katrina as new brand ambassador of Swachh Bharat


New Delhi, Feb 3 (IANS): Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes video from the sets of 'Sooryavanshi' where he introduced Katrina Kaif as the new ambassador of Swachh Bharat mission.

The Bollywood actor shared the clip on his Twitter handle with the caption, "Spotted: The newest #SwachhBharat brand ambassador on the sets of #Sooryavanshi."

In the clip, Akshay can be heard asking Katrina, "What are you doing?" To which she replies, "Saff Safai". And within minutes, she takes the broom and hits the Misson Mangal actor with it.

As the post went viral, one fan gushed, "Katrina mam is looking so amazing and awesome thank you for inspiring us to keep our work place clean..."

A user wrote, "Haha katrina ko safai sirf akki sir karva sakte he."

Another wrote, "Clean it right girl!! Love the pairing."

A post read, "Maybe it came by mistake...he must be talking about behind the scenes."

On the work front, Katrina will be seen as Akshay's love interest in 'Sooryavanshi'. The film also features Neena Gupta, Gulshan Grover and Sikander Kher.

'Sooryavanshi', which is jointly produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez, Cape of Good Films and Dharma Productions, will release in March.
