New Delhi, Feb 7 (IANS): The Friday's list of Business in the Rajya Sabha includes papers to be tabled by Parshottam Rupala for the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, and Angadi Suresh Channabasappa for the Ministry of Railways.

A number of private members' Legislative Bills are listed for introduction on Friday, which include the Uniform Civil Code in India Bill, 2020. MP Kirodi Lal Meena is to move the Bill which seeks to provide for the constitution of the National Inspection and Investigation Committee for preparation of Uniform Civil Code and its implementation throughout the country.

Yet another of the Private Members' Legislative Business Bills for introduction is the Refugee and Asylum Bill, 2019. Husain Dalwai is to introduce the Bill which seeks to provide for the establishment of an effective system to protect refugees and asylum-seekers by means of an appropriate legal framework to determine claims for asylum and to provide for the rights and obligations flowing from such status.
