Amazing! Old chewing gum is this artist's canvas

New Delhi, Feb 11 (IANS): Social media users heaped praise on an artist who decided to make something attractive out of the flattened chewing gum. The journey started a decade ago when the Englishman discovered that the Britain's pavements are covered in ugly patches of the unsightly white blobs.

The artist toured the British capital for 15 years, sculpting and repainting scraps of gum discarded by passers-by and painstakingly turned these blots on the landscape into eye-catching things of beauty.

Some of his best works have been shared on his Instagram account which are appreciated by social media users. A user wrote: "Your work is out of this world!"

Another wrote, "Super inspired by all of your work and love everything you do!! Got to visit London twice and was always on the look out for your stuff!! Keep up the hard work and I hope you reach your goal!"

A post read, "Well done to you Ben, love your work."

"The world is in your hands," read another post.
