J&K Lt. Governor pays tribute to Pulwama attack martyrs


Jammu, Feb 14 (IANS): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu on Friday paid rich tributes to the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel who lost their lives in 2019 Pulwama terror attack.

Paying tribute to the CRPF personnel who made their supreme sacrifice for upholding the sovereignty and integrity of the nation, the Lt. Governor said that the country is indebted to all these martyrs and will always remember their valour and sacrifice.

He also expressed his solidarity with the families of the martyrs.

Murmu also said that the CRPF and other paramilitary forces are playing a crucial role in combating terrorism and ensuring safety and security of the people.
