Bangalore: Triple Murder Case Solved,  Driver, Two Others Arrested

Bangalore, Oct 29 (PTI): The sensational triple murder case of a family here has been solved with the arrest of three persons including the driver of the victim and recovery of stolen valuables, police said today.

City Police Commissioner Shankar Bidari told reporters the main accused Lokesh (24) and his two accomplices, Murali (20) and Bhaskar alias Raja (35) were nabbed yesterday and gold ornaments worth Rs 2.5 lakh, cash Rs 11,000 and four mobile phones recovered from them.



The gang had allegedly murdered interior decorator Rahul Das (45), his wife Pushpa Latha (40) and daughter Agneesha (9) on Oct 20.

The police described Lokesh as a movie buff who was inspired to murder Das by drowning him. On the fateful day, he came with his associates and first murdered Das. As little Agnesha was a witness, she was killed next. This led to a heated exchange of words between Lokeshwar and Pushpa, leading to her murder also.

    Dr. Haneef Shabab, Bhatkal you need to give break to your mind and stop Hullucinating things with incencitiveness. It may be phrasinesg mistake as the reporter is writing based on certain assumptions and police briefings as there were no eye witness to the murder. So give rest to your shrlock holmes brain and concentrate in your professional work

    As doc said Story is incomplete, husband and small kid is getting murdered and wife is exchanging words. give me a break. And about the criminals - Indian law is not so strict that it will hang all three so easily. lets wait and see. Cant belive only for 3 lakhs 3 people got murdered.

    A sigh of relief for Bangaloreans. Thses RAKSHASAS should be hanged.These criminals have no regards to human being and unfit to live in civil society.Bangalore Police have done good job.Keep it up.

    I feel the story is incomplete. As the statement says that after murdering Rahul, the little eye witness Agnesha too was murdered. Then there was "heated exchange of words between Lokeshwar and Pushpa, leading to her murde!". I can't understand why the lady was silent till her husband and little daughter was being murdered? yeh Baat kuch hazam nahi huvi.
