J&K Police chargesheet 2 for making provocative speeches


Srinagar, Mar 2 (IANS: J&K Police on Monday produced a chargesheet against two persons accused of making provocative speeches. The two accused have been identified as Mohd Rafiq Shah, a resident of Shuhama, Ganderbal, and Bashir Ahmad Lone, a resident of Nishat, Srinagar.

An FIR has been registered for their involvement pertaining to a provocative speech at Chunduna in Ganderbal. "In 2018, both the accused delivered provocative speeches at the funeral of a terrorist named Mohd Rafiq Bhat at Chunduna," the police said.

During the course of investigation, the police collected all the evidences regarding the case and subsequently arrested both the accused. The police said the chargesheet against the two accused was presented before the court on Monday.
